It is a wonderful blessing to travel and share our ministry at different churches.  It has also given me (Rich) the opportunity to spend time with friends from seminary and my extended family, some of whom I have not really got to spend this much time with since childhood.  Chris and Katherine and I have spent the last four days in Alexandria Virginia in the DC area with my baby sister Rachel and her husband Kalvin and baby Kameron.  We've had fun - got to see some sites in Washington as well as play some Game Cube with Uncle Kal - the ultimate video game guru according to the kids.

Maya and the three little kids have been developing routine with school in Saint Louis.  It seems to be going pretty well.  It will be interesting to see what happens when we are all back together again.  We go from Virginia to Dayton on Monday and Dayton to Saint Louis on Tuesday.  I have Wednesday and Thursday to prepare before departing on Friday for three weeks in Botswana.  So in three Sundays I will go from:  Reliance South Dakota last week to Washington DC this week to Botswana next week.

We are encouraged by our initial partnership development stops in Illinois, South Dakota, and now here in Virginia - and look forward to seeing how God will work through them.  Please continue to pray for us to adapt well to all this travel, to be flexible, and to make our homecomings joyful.

Thanks to all of you who support us with your prayers.  We love you.

Grace & Peace . . .
