We have an accepted offer.

I signed the contract as written using my power of attorney for you and
Maya.  I will mail you a copy of the contract as well as drop off a
contract at Emmanuel.

They want to close as soon as possible after the inspections etc. which is
fine with us.

What an answer to prayer, right in time for the voters meeting tonight.  I
called Pastor Phil and he was in the parking lot taking my cell phone call
and would pass the good news onto Kevin.

I will keep you posted etc.  Keep praying that the inspections go okay.
